Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to a variety of addresses you provide. Ensure you provide a complete address, including company name (if applicable), full name, contact number, postal code, country, and city.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details should activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pestemal.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, our team is here to help. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and reach out to us for further assistance. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
Upon delivery, please check for any visible damage or discrepancies in the number of boxes before signing the delivery form. Do not accept or sign for the box if there is any damage or mismatch in box count. Ask the courier to document the issue and notify us within 48 hours. Failure to follow these steps may impact eligibility for reimbursement of missing or damaged items.
